Just Pretending is a young, vibrant, independent theatre company based in Melbourne, dedicated to excellence in performance and design through new Australian theatre.
Drawing on a considerable pool of local talent, Just Pretending has been operating since 2001 with steadily growing success. With no government funding, we rely on support from sponsors and the money we raise through our own shows and fundraising efforts.
In a city thriving with small independent theatre companies, we are excited to be gaining more and more recognition with each production and building relationships with others in the field.
